Our Services business development has been outstanding over the last year. We have doubled new business targets across all areas of permanent and temporary guarding, mobile, and keyholding contract wins and have massively exceeded our targets for the year.

Our organic and new growth has included an expansion into new geographical locations and into a range of different business sectors.

Our Permanent Hours contracts have seen a 30.43% increase with a surge in Temporary Hours contracts by 72.54%. We have an impressive total client retention of 98.25% and no service-related terminations.

 

 

We proudly continue a strong brand and foothold in Yorkshire, Manchester and Liverpool and, over the last 12 months, have expanded into Derby, Tamworth, Stoke, Leicester and as far south as Felixstowe.

We have achieved a significant reduction in alarm average response times.

We have been supporting this growth and development by supporting our people and developing our existing teams. Three colleagues have moved from operational roles to supervisory or management positions. Management, lone worker, NEBOSH and leadership courses have been embarked upon and professional qualifications gained.

Recently, we announced an initiative and investment in our people that will make communicating more simple, timely and effective, as well as making a big contribution to training and development support.
